Delete account
You can permanently delete your account at any time. This cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Your account (email, phone, name), cart, wishlist, ratings and reviews are deleted completely. You will no longer be able to sign in with this email or phone number.
What is kept
Records of your orders (number, items, total and delivery details) are kept as accounting records and are no longer linked to an account. If an order has not been delivered yet, its contact details stay on that order so the boutique can complete it.
From the mobile app
In the MUSEONYX app: Account → Delete account. The result is the same.
