MUSEONYX is a digital platform connecting independent fashion boutiques operating in Azerbaijan with customers. The terms below govern the use of the platform.
Who the seller is
The seller of every product on MUSEONYX is the independent boutique that listed it — MUSEONYX itself is not a seller, only the platform connecting the boutique and the customer. Responsibility for the quality of the product, its description and its timely preparation rests with that boutique.
Prices and orders
Each boutique sets its own product prices. Once an order is confirmed, the delivery fee (calculated for your district) is added and the total is paid in cash on delivery.
Your account
Each customer account is tied to one phone number. If your ability to place orders has been restricted, this is usually because of a previous failed delivery — in that case you'll need to contact us before placing a new order.
