This page explains what data MUSEONYX collects, why we collect it and who we share it with.
What we collect
When you create an account we take your name, email and phone number. When you place an order we add the delivery address and, if you allow it, your location coordinates. For boutique owners joining the platform, identity details (name, national ID, phone) are kept only as an internal record and are never shown on any public page.
Why we collect it
We use your data only to manage your account, to pass your order to the boutique and the courier, and to carry out a manual trust check over WhatsApp before your first order — an approach we chose instead of automated SMS codes.
Who we share it with
The boutique you order from sees only the name, phone number and address attached to that order. We do not sell or share your data with any third party for advertising. The site uses infrastructure services such as Supabase (accounts and database), Vercel (hosting) and Cloudflare (security checks) — these only store the data technically and do not use it themselves.

Your rights
